Issue resolved. The original source appears to be a complete list of publications rather than "selected" and it is categorised only by obvious criteria, i.e. decade of publication. See also. There is no commentary on the original list, just standard bibliographic information. On that basis, it is not copyrightable. I have removed the tag and left a note at Talk:John D. I'm not certain because the source page has a copyright statement allowing free copying under certain conditions. All the same, I think this is too much copy-paste. I've blanked this one pending verification of permission, which is certainly possible. Please note that prior to the blanking, I removed content taken from the National Historical Commission of the Philippines. This material should not be inadvertently restored, even if permission for the Uplift Pilipinas material comes through.
